Bure or drawne sapne aane ki vajah or samadhan


Ek achhi health or mind ko durust rkhne ke liye, ek achhi neend bahut awasyak hai.Lekin bahut se logo ko bure sapne aate rahte hai,jiski vajah se wo gahari neend  se bhi achanak jaag jate hai or darte hue khud ko smjhate hai ki ye mahaj ek sapna tha.

Lekin us ek bure sapne ki vajah se humari puri raat ki neend gayab ho skati hai.Jis vajah se pura din bura mahsus hota hai. bure sapne ane ki kai vajah ho skti hai,or bure sapne ane ke samadhan bhi hai.


1) Sleeping with stressful mind:-

Aj ki duniya me har kisi ko koi na koi tension lagi rahti hai,lekin  jaruri hota hai ki hum tension lene ki jagah samadhaan dunde. Lekin jo log kisi baat ko le kar darte hai,to unke mind me vahi cheez ghumti rahti hai. Jisaka asar humari neend pe padta hai.

for example: –

Agr koi student ke exams near hote hai,to wo stressed rahne lagta hai. falswaroop wo raat ko ek darawana sapna dekhta hai.jisme question paper me se uspe kuch nahi ata. Ya uska pen kaam nahi karta, ya wo late ho jata hai or exam nikal jata hai.or ekdm se uski neend khul jati hai.

Isi tarah se humare dimag me jis cheez ka bhi dar ya stress rahta hai wo humare samne sapana ban ke a jata hai.isliye jitna ho ske stress se bachna chahiye.

2) Sleeping paralysis :-

kabhi kabhi hume lagta hai ki humari chest pe demon (bhoot) jesa koi beth gya hai,ya humare bed ke pass koi darwana (nightmare)  khada hai, Asi halat me hum na bol pate hai na hath per hila pate hai asi condition ko sleeping paralysis kaha jata hai.

Generally ye tab hota hai ,jb hum apne dono hath chest pe rakh ke so jate hai. Jis vajah se hamari chest pe pressure banta hai or hume feel hota hai ki humari chest par koi demon ake beth gaya hai. Asi situation me kisi mantra ka jaap kar sakte hai. Mainly hume kabhi bhi chest pe hath rakhke nahi sona chahiye. Varna sleeping paralysis badne ka khatara rahta hai.


3) Other reasons for bad dreams :-

Bure sapno ki vajah or bhi hoti hai,jesi ki spicy khana khana, fatty food lena, alcohol or drugs lena, or diabetes ke logo me bhi bure sapne ki samsya hoti hai.

Bure sapno ke samadhaan ke liye in sab cheezo pe dhyaan dena jaruri hota hai. Adhik spicy ya fatty khana khane se bachna chahiye or alcohol drugs bhi jada use nahi karne chahiye.

Agar baat kare jyotishastra ki to bure sapno se bachne ke upay is tarah se hai.

  1. Pillow ke niche ek sharp knife,scissor,ya koi bhi sharp pointed cheez rakhke sone se bure sapno se bacha ja skta hai.
  2. Rices ko haldi me mila ke pile color ke chawal kisi kapde me bound karke pillow ke niche rakhne chahiye.
  3. 5 ilayachi bhi pillow ke niche rakh ke so skate hai.
  4. Copper ke bartan me pani bhar ke pass rkhke sona chahiye,or us pani ko subah pine se bhi bure sapno ka samadhaan nikala ja skta hai.
