Is smay faifdo me urja ka sanchar hota h , in ghnto k dauran jagne ka matlb hai ki jeevan aapko jaha le ja rha h wah marg aapka avrudhh ho rha hai.

Bhavnatmk preshaniyo ko kam krne k liye natural events pe control krna band kr dain, bhramand ke pravah me bhrosa rkhen ,prakrati ke hisab se chale , is samay aap gahari, sachet sans lekar bhi labh pa skte hain.
