  7. Pregnant women ke sath sath bacche ke liye bhi bahut labhdayak hai badam. Isse pregnancy bhi aasani se ho jati hai sath hi bacha bhi surkshit rahta hai.
  8. Haddiyo or tavcha ko mjbut banne mei madad krti hai badam, iske daily uses se aapke sharir ko protection milega or haddiya majboot hogi.
