Kabz dur karne ke upaye

Kabz (constipation) dur karne ke  swyam upchar-

aajkal kabz yani constipation ki problem bhut common hogai hai, iski koi umar seema nhi hai yeh kisi ko bhi hoskti hai chahe wo chota bachaa ho , jawaan ho ya phir bujurg. Aam taur par 10 me se 8 log is samsaya se pareshaan rehte hain. Aage janiye kabz kya hoti hai.


Iske asli karn hain aniymit dincharya aur galat khan paan ke karna pet (stomach) me gas ki samsya bhut aam hogai hai. Jin logo ko kabz ki dikkat hoti hai un rogiyo me   gas aur pet phoolne ki samsaya dkhi gai hai.

 

Yaha janiye kabz ka illaaj in hindi me ki log kahi bhi kuch bhi kha lete hai, jaise junk food in sb me bhut common hai. Pet ki gas aksar bujurgo me dkhi gai hai lekin ajkl yeh kisi ko bhi hojati hai.

Khaan paan ki gadbadiyo se hota hai kabz

:-Hamare khan paan ka bhut bada fark padhta hai, aksar log galat khan paan ki vajeh se is bimari se jujh rae hai, jaise kuch logo ko subha nashta karne ki adat nhi hoti aur wo bina khae office chale jate hai jis sey unko gas ban ney lagti hai jiski vajeh se wo office me kuch fast food jaise smosa, bread pakoda kuch kha lete hai. Aise hi agar ham kisi shadi ya party me jate hain to waha chatpat kha lete hain jiski vajeh se hame ye dikkat hoskti hai islie ap jab bhi kuch khae to uski tasir aur apni health ka dhyan rkhe.

Shauch Rokne ki adat se hota hai kabz:-

Janiye aur kya ho skte hai constipation ke reasons aur unme se ek hain ki hamare Ayurveda me likha hai ki hamare sharer ke andar teerah aadharniya veg hain (आधारणीय वेग) jinke matlb in veg ke aane par innko rokna nhi chaiye aur mal ka veg unme se ek hai. Jaise hi mal ka veg aata hain hame turant shauch chale jana chaiye. Waise to ham sb log subha hi is veg se nipat lete hain but kabhi kbhi ye din ke smay achank agar ye veg aane lagta hai but ham apne kam me vyst hone ke karan shauch ke lie nhi ja pate.Veg rokne se pet me gas banney lgti hai aur jiski vjeh se pet phool jata hai aur kabz ki samsya hojati hai.


Vishram (rest) ki kami se hota hai kabz:

Ajkal night shift ke office hote hai jo log rat ke samay office jate hain aise me wo rest thek se nhi kr pate aur is bimari se grasth hojate hain.Mansik tanav se hota hai kabz: kuch log tension se grasth hote hain, chinta karna hamesha sochte rehna ye bhi kuch karan hote hain kabz hone ke.

Aanto (intestine)ki durbalta se hota h kabz:

Aksar log sauch ki samsya ke lie churan, ya goli kha lete hain aur lambe samay tak iska sevan karne se ye hamari aanto ko uska normal work, swabhik karya  karna bandh kar dete hain.

Shreer me paani ki kami se hota hai kabz:

Hmesha kaha jata hai ki paani khub pina chaiye se paani kafi samsaya ka hal hota hai. Pyas lagne par to sab pani pite hai, lekin subha sauch se phle , khana khane se ek ghanta phle aur khana khane  ke 2 ghante baad paani pine se sharer me paani ki kami nhi rehti.

1) Subha uthne ke bad garam pani piker sauch ke lie jaye to kabz ki samsaya nhi hoti

2) Subha uthne k bad nimbu ke  rass me kala namak mila kar sevan karne se kabz nhi hoti.

3) 15 gram triphala pani me rat ko bhego de aur subha use chan kar uska pani piye apko kabz se aram mil jaega.

4) Raat ko sone se phle dudh pine se subha pet saf hojata hai.



5) Paka hua amrud aur papita ka sevan ap kisi bhi wqt karskte hai is sey kabz nhi hoti.

6) Kishmish ko pani me dal kar galaiye aur uske bad use kha lijeye is sey bhi kabz me aram milta hai

7) Palak ka ras pine se bhi kabz ki shikat kam hojati hai.

8) Roz raat ko 6-7 munakka kha ke sone se subha kabz samapt hojati hai.

Note: Kabz ke samsaya se bachne ke lie niyamit roop se vyayam aur  yoga karne se kabz se rahat milti hai.
